✅ 10:00 h – Horseback ride through the Tórtolas Valley

Start your day with a 50-minute ride through a valley that feels like another world. Pure nature, stunning views, and total disconnect.

✅ 12:00 h – Guided tour at Bodega Cristo del Humilladero

After the ride, it’s time to dive into the world of wine. The winemaker will walk you through every step — fermentation, pressing, bottling… and the magic touch: century-old clay jars still in use.

✅ Final tasting: vermouth, white and red wine, all paired with local snacks.

⚠️ Important info:

📍 The riding center is 3 km from the winery → you’ll need your own vehicle to get between the two.
