Data retention period
The data provided will be kept for as long as necessary to handle enquiries, for as long as the business relationship lasts, or until the user cancels their account. Data may be kept blocked for legal, administrative or tax claims in accordance with the applicable statutory periods.

Data is not shared with third parties except service providers necessary to deliver our services and the winery where the booking is made. This includes banks and payment gateways to process payments.
