✨ Every wine at Legado de Orniz has something to say. Enriqueta and Diego tell it straight: vineyard walk, a fully sustainable winery, and proper wine with local bites — no fluff.

✅ Epitafio, Triens and Cindus — three wines that show Toro’s raw character.
✅ Local cured meats to match each glass.
✅ Barrel tasting straight from the tank (harvest time or right after) to taste the wine at its liveliest.
